"Yogic Consciousness" refers to the state of consciousness called samadhi. Samadhi is the eighth and final limb of the yoga system according to Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras. In this state the yogi enters a blissful state where they are absorbed into the One (God). Yogic Consciousness brings the listener into some of the deepest states of meditation, where individuals report feelings of spiritual insight, well being, oneness, and deep relaxation.

Helps Me sleep

I know it's more for meditation but I seem to fall asleep practically every time I use it so I decided to listen to it whenever I have trouble sleeping.
