Deep Stuff...

I've used this session with both my light/sound machine (a sirius 2 from mindplace) as well as without it. I definetely like using the l/s with it as it seems like the visual stimulation helps me relax quicker and deeper. Tho with just the mp3 I still can get in a pretty deep state without really trying. (experienced meditator of 10 yrs)
